Working with Liz to examine my eating habits and life experiences that affect my diet, movement and STRESS factors has really helped to shine a light on where I could make even the smallest of changes to bring consistent, long term improvement in my health and digestive wellness. Liz's holistic approach to dietary wellness brought a depth of understanding to why my habits were causing so much discomfort and draining me of energy. Working with Liz completely opened my eyes and made me look at my nutrition and fitness from a whole new point of view. I went from working out hard 6 days a week and barely eating because I thought that what my body needed was to lose weight. When in reality I was doing more harm than good. Working with Liz, I learned it was ok to eat and what foods I should be putting in my body. I learned all about my digestive health, which I was having major problems with. I took the suggestions she gave me. By putting all the suggestions given I learned your body needs rest, I learned it’s ok to eat solid food and it’s what my body needs and the most important thing I learned was managing my stress level. Stress plays a HUGE role in your health. Since doing all of this I have gone on to loose 5 pounds, gain energy, and eat without feeling bloated and having pain when I’m finished. Liz has helped me so much. I only work out like 4 days a week maybe an hour tops and I’ve Improved my eating habits with clean healthy foods and meditation and it’s working, I can’t tell you the last time I felt bloated.
