I have been on a personal journey with my health for the past 15 years. When I first began my journey I looked at health as a means to be thin and a certain size. I developed eating & body image issues. In my pursuit to be ‘healthy’ I found myself at an ideal weight, but not at ideal health. My digestion was poor and I was deficient in many key nutrients that are essential in order for the body to function optimally and to live a fully energetic life. That was my wake up call.
Being a bit of a homebody, I prefer home workouts as my way to incorporate movement into my life. Weight training, cycling, yoga & dance are all types of workouts I enjoy. I also love the outdoors, so any time I can take a walk in nature, I am up for it. The key is to find something you love that gets you moving!

My reason for being here is to educate and help others in learning the proper way to fuel their bodies and to support them in their pursuit. The sooner I can reach people early on in their journey, the more of a fighting chance they have to live wholesome, healthy lives, free of disease and have a strong foundation in health and well being.
