"The picture on the left is me March of 2015!! Me & my hubs love sports!   With that comes pizza, beer and snacks......and poundage!! The weather blows in the Mid-west, so naturally that's an easy excuse to write off exercise, right?

Well, in January I came across Liz’s challenge group... I decided to give it a try because....well look at the pic on the left again!

I have been dedicated to health & fitness and have made significant changes...not only in my diet and exercise regimens...but have noticed TONS of non-scale victories too!! Can't forget the mental health aspect of it!! I mean, yes, I'm smiling in both pics....but for different reasons!!

I love being able to walk in my closet and just throw some clothes on and not wonder if it will fit, or leave me bulging in all the wrong areas!! My favorite button has always been the cropping one ! I'm not perfect everyday...I'm a girl that loves her food...all kinds of it. Just have learned moderation and new recipes!
I certainly have a ways to go, but I've made significant strides and I have Liz’s system, support and the #fitlifetribe group to thank for it!"

"Poor diet and little exercise on the left. On the right is over the summer of 2015, my husband and I went through our first deployment and I got in gear! 21 day fix and turbo fire with Shakeology!  #thefitlifetribe was the best system, plan and support to help me reach my goals!"

"I got to a point in my life when I was tired of never really "fitting" my clothes. Everything was uncomfortable. I was never really educated on what the right way to lose weight was. I tried myself off and on for years always losing and gaining back the same 10-20lbs. But it never stayed off. I then met my Coach Liz, she offered me the 21 day fix. I took it and ran! Losing those same 20lbs I knew so well, and then another 20lbs! I was down 40lbs overall after 3 rounds of 21 day fix. I now have confidence in myself to go to gyms regularly and train for strength. I learned so much about nutrition and the power it can hold for reaching goals. I'm pretty confident now-a-days in what I've worked for, and I wear my clothes with confidence thanks to the system and support I received from Liz and the #fitlifetribe group."

"The picture on the left is of me in Hawaii with my mom and sister in 2009. I wasn't overweight exactly, but I was definitely the least fit that I had ever been. Add on two babies over the next 4 years, and I was just unhappy with the way I looked.

The picture on the right is me wearing a pair of pants that I bought with the "hopes" of eventually fitting into them. After two rounds of 21 Day Fix, and about 1/3 of the way through The Masters Hammer and Chisel I am the lightest, leanest and strongest I've EVER been thanks to the system and support I received from Liz and the #fitlifetribe group.!

I couldn't be happier with the results I've gotten, and I hope to inspire others to believe they CAN do it too!"

"I don't even know where to begin, over the last 2 years I have succeeded, failed, and restarted my journey more than once....I can say that every time I consider cheating, falling off the wagon, or just giving up I think of this team and the support and ask myself do I want to report this to the #fitlifetribe, I usually don't fall off then lol!!!  The plan and accountability is fail proof!"

Mandi Miller

"After having my son, Jacob in 2013, I wanted to loose the "baby weight" because I didn't want to look pregnant a year later( in the past at my heaviest, I had been asked if I was), but also because I was just feeling very overwhelmed by the everything I had experienced during my son's birth. We really had no money to spend (on another program) to start, but something inside me told me I was going to make it worth it!

I started working out and gradually added the nutrition piece, and in 60 days lost 25 pounds. I then continued my journey and was the fittest I had ever been in 2014. But my transformation didn't stop there. I was then I felt good on the outside, but I still was holding all the emotional baggage from the years past, on the inside.

I found myself in a place where I wasn't being honest with myself or with others and realized I was damaging relationships around me. I started going to church, participating in Bible studies, and really honed in on reading personal development books, which is where I believe my real transformation started!

I started to peel back all those years of self destruction, non belief, self pity, and self conscious feelings. It hasn't been easy, and I am still very much work in progress, but I am incredibly thankful that God has shed light into my life. Also for all those who have continued to support me in my journey. So you see, the girl on the right may look different on the outside, but so much more has changed on the inside.

This journey has led me to be confident that God has a plan and will always deliver, to feel secure with who I have fought to be, to be healthy, and to find my purpose in helping others break free from their past, in order to fulfill their future!

So don't think for a second that where you are is where you have to stay and that the person you are, is who you have to be.   Thanks to the support from my coach, Liz, this system and accountability from the #fitlifetribe!"

Josh Lambert

"My story begins when I blew out my knee in 2006 playing soccer while simultaneously moved positions at my work where I was on my feet all day to sitting on my butt all day at a desk. The combination of those two events and the then-continuing belief that I could eat whatever I wanted and not gain a pound, led me to balloon to nearly 215 lbs only 3 years after graduating college! Once the knee was rehabbed enough, I was able to lose some of the weight but then inevitably see it all come back. Up and down, up and down. It was very frustrating and this cycle continued for the better part of the next 8 years. Finally, in 2014 I discovered P90X3 and Shakeology. My wife and I both started using the program, drinking the shakes and started seeing GREAT results. Time is always an issue and knowing that X3 was only 30 minutes long, I knew it was the best chance I had at finally seeing and maintaining real results. I shed about 15 lbs to get down to 200 and then we sold our house. We ended up moving to a rental house but there was simply no room in that house to dedicate to fitness. So, for all of 2014, I was able to maintain my 200 lbs but I also wasn't drinking Shakeology (shame on me). Once we found a new house in the late summer of 2015, I was able to set up a room where my wife and I could focus on getting back into shape. Shortly thereafter, we started drinking Shakeology again and then I was contacted by my future Beachbody Coach, Mandi Miller. She asked me if I wanted to start getting Shakeology at a discount every month since we were drinking it daily anyway. I said yes, of course, and that was the start of the latest chapter of this ongoing fitness journey. I ordered Insanity: Max 30 and powered through it for 60 days. I saw tremendous results, dropping all the way down to 181 lbs and I'm now in the best shape I have been in since I left college! The program, along with Shakeology and the accountability/motivation of my Coach have allowed me to finally lose all of that weight and so far, keep it off. I'm thoroughly enjoying being a Beachbody coach and I know that as long as I am helping to keep people accountable to their goals, then I'll be doing the same thing for myself. Nobody likes a hypocrite so as long as I have coaches and customers looking up to me for inspiration, I know i'll keep my fitness and nutrition in check. Bottom line: Fitness+Nutrition+Support are all equally important in reaching your fitness goals and just know that your goals are 100% attainable. As Tony Horton would say, "just keep showing up and pushing play".   #fitlifetribe for life!"

"I became overweight at the age of 23 and quickly became medically obese. I was embarrassed to be seen in public, depressed, anxious, and got to where I was afraid to leave my house. I believed I would never be fit or healthy. After my divorce, stress began to cause me to lose weight dangerously. I decided to keep the weight loss going, but in a healthy purposeful way.
I happened up the 21 Day Fix. Financially, I could not afford to do it, or so I thought. Health wise, I could not afford not to do it. My overall health was deteriorating quickly. I knew in my heart I would only get sick if I didn’t do something immediately. So, I bought the program, committed that very day to putting in 100% effort, and as soon as I received the package, it was game on. I never looked back. I persevered no matter what, no matter the stressful court battles, no matter money struggles, no matter what obstacles arose. Daily, I used my containers and did the workouts as often as it was safe for me to. I was so out of shape in the beginning that I had to take some rest days, instead of doing a workout every day like the program is set up to do. That was okay though and I still lost weight, dropped dress sizes, and quickly began to regain my confidence. It felt so incredible to walk into a courtroom to see my ex-husband’s face when he noticed how I’d lost weight and built muscle! The motivation to keep pressing on was coming from everywhere in ways I had no clue it would! I became more socially active than I had been since my early 20’s! I liked how I looked in pictures!
Now, I feel empowered! I am strong of heart, body, mind and spirit! My body is healthy! My doctor is so proud of me! My muscles, well, let’s just say I find every opportunity to use my arms in such ways that the definition is obvious…like reaching for the peanut butter in the store. Lol! Before, I only wore shirts that hid my arm flab.
Ultimately, I changed my whole life by buying the 21 Day Fix, doing it and being apart of the support groups, as I am now a healthy, happy, super-motivated Coach who wants everyone else to feel the triumph, success, strength, and fun of being healthy! I truly could not be more proud to be in any other business!" #fitlifetribe
